Forager experienced significant growth this fall with the signing of the Roche Bros. grocery chain, as well as a number of independent co-ops and markets. And we will soon be announcing a partnership with a large grocery chain in the Southwest. As part this growth strategy we have created a dedicated position focused on supplier relations, and we are excited to welcome our newest team member, David Vitanza, to the role of Customer Success Supplier Lead!
In this role, David will be supporting the suppliers on our platform in the following key ways.
David brings a wealth of experience working with local suppliers through the Forager platform to this role from his prior work as the Produce Buyer at Portland Food Co-op.
David is passionate about the local food economy and its impact on the community and environment. When not working, he is always finding ways to be creative; whether it be in art and illustration, music, dance, and many other crafting or artistic projects! And if all that wasn't enough to pique your interest, David also lives in a tiny house in the Maine woods with a rabbit named Antoine!
